Do I need to share my Instagram password?

No. SecureFollow never asks for your password. It works using the official Instagram export you download.

Can Instagram action-block me for using unfollower apps?

Accepted Answer

Many third-party apps log in and automate actions, which can trigger action blocks. SecureFollow doesn’t log in or automate actions: it analyzes the official ZIP export locally, which reduces those common triggers. Learn more.

Do you upload my export or data to your servers?

Accepted Answer

No. The analysis runs locally in your browser. We don't upload your ZIP or your follower lists.

What do I need to use SecureFollow?

Just your official Instagram export (ZIP). Download it from Accounts Center, then open it in SecureFollow. See the download guide.

How can I trust it’s private?

Accepted Answer

You can verify it: it works offline after the first load, and you can inspect network traffic in DevTools. You can also delete your history anytime.

What is stored in my browser?

Accepted Answer

If you save snapshots, they are stored locally on your device so you can compare changes between exports. You can delete everything from within the app.

Does it work on mobile?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but handling large ZIP files can be slower on some phones. Desktop is usually smoother.

Is SecureFollow affiliated with Instagram/Meta?

Accepted Answer

No. SecureFollow is an independent tool and is not sponsored, approved, or affiliated with Instagram or Meta. We don't access your account — we only analyze the official ZIP export you download. Instagram is a trademark of its respective owners.

Question 9

Can I move Pro to another device?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each Pro license includes up to 2 device activations (2 different devices).
You can use both devices at the same time. Only deactivate one if you need to activate a third device (from /pro/claim), then activate the new device.
